I'm going to start with saying that I love this photo! The clouds look like candyfloss or something, and so fluffy!
The composition of it is great; it makes it very visually appealing. I like how the blue looks good how it is, and stands out clearly (obviously it would do ) The stripe of blue at the top looks good, and I think gives the top of the photo a nice frame.
One minor problem is related to the sunlight reflecting off the clouds. It causes some of the white peaks to blur together more, and seems as difficult to look at as it is in real life (I always find it difficult looking out of plane windows, because the reflection of the sunlight is very strong. I'm not quite sure how you could change this, because I don't think turning the contrast up would necessarily help... You could maybe try, though... On the positive side, you really did capture what it's like to be there.
It is a great photo, and I do love it. Keep up the good work!
oh i forgot to mention, if you let me use this photo, i will be using acrylic paints to replicate this photo onto an 8 x 8 feet board (i'm not to sure about the measurements but my art teacher is buying the board, so whichever she gets. Although i do imagine that this board will be tall/wide enough to fit for 3-4 people).
This is so beautiful, could i possibly use this for a prom photo backdrop?(we will not be charging the students for the photos) Our theme is Heaven on Earth and quite frankly i have been scouring the internet to find the perfect photo to paint for our backdrop and nothing really compares to the photo you have taken. I would also credit you by putting your name on the backdrop, also would you like me to take a picture of our final work, post it on deviant art and link it to your page for credit? plz let me know asap.
From Katowice I traveled to Wroclaw, that was my second trip there. My journey in Katowice was just from the airport to train station but from what I have seen there it was nice. I would like to visit Katowice since it was interesting with its being non-usual place, must-to-see for me. I like Polish people's being open to foreigners, historical places of Poland, natural beauties there and crazy night clubs. I am going to travel in Poland again
Huh, that's great. I hope nobody robbed you - it is our veeery bad stereotype unfortunately. Yeah, I guess Polish people are pretty open and actually nice and helpful. Also, you should really see Katowice's big shopping center "Silesia City Center" which is a great place. I also recommend our 'saucer' which is originally called Spodek, it is a multipurpose arena complex in Katowice . Well, I hope you'll make it here again I invite you! We really aren't that bad of a country as people say, heh! We also have a sea which some people didn't really notice...
Every country has advantages and disadvantages but generally I must say that Poland is good. Everybody was so nice to me and I was lucky to meet all the nice people.
Sea? I have been suggested to visit from some locals but I don't have time for now. But I am pretty sure I will have visit in one day Thanks for your nice invitation
Nice people are always welcome everywhere, the invitation isn't really necessary. And, well - if you can call Baltic a sea. At least our part. I'd like to save it from turning into sewege.
