First off, you managed to capture a real-life scene in a way that makes it look like it was painted. The focus, the vibrant colors, the windswept branches, the light clouds, the dark form of the tree itself - all of this adds a ton of interest to the picture.
You also captured the wind well. I can practically see the tree moving in the breeze.
The tree is captured at the perfect distance. It is perfectly framed within the image, and you avoided using too much negative space. The top left and bottom right corners, and the top right and bottom left corners, balance their negative space perfectly. This technique also gives the tree a "diagonal' look, which further helps capture the motion of the tree.
This is an excellent, excellent picture. However, I can't really give a full score for originality, as windswept trees are a relatively-common subject. Nonetheless, everything else is, to my eyes, flawless. Kudos!
