Once I read the book called Historian by Elizabeth Kostova. The plot was taking place in many European countries and cities, and among them there was Istanbul. From that time I want to visit it :) Of course I won't get so lucky to visit the historical time from the novel, but I guess there are many places in there that steal breathe the pure history, isn't it? ;)

Yes indeed.. There are lots of historical places as museums, ruins,.. that you can visit and last 5 days at least (just talking about Istanbul) :D
